Posting and waiting works when a role is common and the pay is obvious. It works badly for a seasonal contract in a specific region, an unusual skill combination, or anything where the right person is not scrolling job boards this week.

Common questions
How do candidates end up in here?+
By choosing to be discoverable in their settings. It is off by default for new accounts. Members who joined before we introduced that control are being asked to confirm their preference, so the pool is smaller than our total membership — which is the point.
Can I see personal contact details?+
No. You contact candidates through the platform, and email addresses and phone numbers are never shown. That is part of why people are willing to be discoverable at all.
Is outreach limited?+
Sending is rate-limited to keep the pool healthy. A browser that becomes a bulk-mail channel stops working for everyone, including the employers using it properly.
Does it cost anything?+
No. Posting and the full toolkit, including the browser, are free during the launch phase.
