Geo-Flex & Time-Zone Fit
Know the logistics before the second interview, not after the offer.
The problem it solves
Offers fall through for reasons that had nothing to do with ability: four hours of overlap when the team needs six, a visa route that takes five months when you needed someone in March, a relocation cost nobody had priced.
None of that is on a resume, so it surfaces late — usually after both sides have spent several rounds on each other.
How it works
Overlap, calculated
Each candidate’s location is compared against your team’s core hours, so you see the real overlap window instead of guessing from a country name.
Work authorisation up front
Where a role involves sponsorship or relocation, the candidate’s status and readiness are visible on the application itself.
Shortlist on it
Sort and filter by overlap and relocation readiness, so a shortlist is deliverable as well as strong.
What you get
- Real overlap hours against your team’s working day
- Work authorisation and relocation readiness before shortlisting
- Fewer late-stage failures on logistics rather than fit
- Honest expectations set from the first conversation
What it looks like
Illustrative example — overlap is calculated from each candidate’s stated location.
Common questions
Where does location come from?+
The candidate states it on their profile. It is self-reported, so read it as their intent rather than a verified fact — people relocate, and some are telling you where they plan to be.
Can I require a minimum overlap?+
You can state expected overlap on the posting and candidates see it before applying. It sets expectations rather than blocking applications outright.
Does this handle sponsorship?+
It shows readiness and status so you know what you are dealing with. Sponsorship itself is a legal process run with your own counsel — the platform does not file anything on your behalf.
What about candidates who are mid-move?+
They can state a future location and start date, which is common for seasonal contracts and relocation-led hires.
Hire someone who can work from anywhere
Post a role and this comes with it. No contract, no seat licences, no sales call.
