AI Screening & Ranking

Read the best applications first, not the earliest ones.

The problem it solves

A remote posting can pull hundreds of applications, many from people who applied to two hundred other roles the same week. Reading them in arrival order means your strongest candidate might be on page nine, and by the time you reach them they have taken something else.

The usual fix is a keyword filter, which discards good people for writing “led a team” instead of “team leadership”, and lets through anyone who stuffed the right words in.

How it works

1

Scored against your posting

Each applicant is scored on the skills, experience level and work-style requirements of the specific role, not a generic quality rating.

2

The reasoning is shown

Every score comes with the matched requirements and the gaps, so you can see why someone ranked where they did and overrule it when you disagree.

3

Ranked, never filtered out

Nobody is hidden. Weaker matches sort lower but stay in the list, because a screen that silently discards people is how you miss the career changer who would have been excellent.

What you get

  • Applicants ordered by fit to the role you actually posted
  • The matched and missing requirements named for each one
  • A faster first pass on high-volume remote postings
  • Nobody silently removed from your pipeline

Common questions

Does it reject candidates automatically?+

No. It ranks; it never rejects. Every applicant stays visible and every decision is yours. Automatic rejection is where screening tools do real damage, and it is deliberately not built.

What is the score based on?+

The requirements of your specific posting — skills, experience level and work-style fit — matched against the candidate’s profile and resume. The matched and missing items are listed alongside the number.

Can I disagree with it?+

Yes, and you should when your judgement differs. The ranking is a reading order, not a decision. You can sort by date, stage or score at any point.

Does it use protected characteristics?+

No. Scoring runs on skills, experience and work-style requirements only. Age, gender, ethnicity and similar attributes are not collected for scoring and play no part in the calculation.
