Tour Leader (CEO) – South East Asia

Description
G Adventures — the world's largest small-group adventure travel company with 35 years of operations across all seven continents — is recruiting passionate Tour Leaders (internally called Chief Experience Officers or CEOs) for its South East Asia route portfolio. On every departure, you'll act as daily guide, cultural interpreter, group manager, logistics coordinator, and the human embodiment of G Adventures' mission: to change lives through travel. Responsibilities include managing reservations, maintaining itineraries, staying within per-trip budgets, filing reports, training new leaders, and consistently delivering high-level customer experiences that forge genuine bonds between travellers and local communities. The role is contract-based and travel-intensive by design — you live and work across the region for the duration of each contract, with accommodation arrangements shifting alongside the tour. Candidates must be able to legally work in South East Asia, hold applicable tour guide licensing, be fluent in English with regional language skills as an asset, hold Standard First Aid/CPR certification, and bring a documented passion for sustainable adventure travel.
