Description
Everway is a global technology company creating tools for neuroinclusion with 800+ employees across North America, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. This seasonal Customer Support Specialist role runs July through October 30, 2026 (approx. 25 hrs/week). You will provide frontline support across chat, phone, and email, assist with subscription management, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate complex cases.
Requirements
Prior experience in a seasonal or high-volume customer care role. Strong communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Comfortable working with ticketing systems. Available July through October 2026.
