Affirm — the company reinventing consumer credit to make it honest and friendly, used by 20M+ people to repay over $40B in loans annually through its flexible BNPL platform — is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Repayment UX team, working fully remotely from Spain with visa sponsorship available for candidates who need it. The Repayment UX team is a full-stack team based entirely in Europe within the same timezone, owning one of Affirm's most high-trust product surfaces: the Manage tab across Affirm's mobile and web apps, where customers stay on top of payment plans and make payments. You'll lead and grow a well-balanced engineering team, own the team's technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap, partner across Product, Design, and Analytics, manage on-call and incident response, and guide the team to multiply output through agentic AI. Affirm explicitly offers visa sponsorship for this role and requires Spanish work authorization.
