You'll be the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for Camunda's most strategic Benelux enterprise customers: guiding them through all stages of their Camunda adoption, delivering tailored technical adoption plans, running platform health checks, facilitating escalation management, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. The role also involves working with public sector accounts that require security clearance, alongside commercial accounts across the UK or Europe. Note: this role requires willingness to spend time on-site with clients as needed, up to 50% during busy periods — candidates should be based in or near the Benelux region. 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager or equivalent enterprise software role, programming language proficiency (Java, C#, or Python), strong understanding of modern solution architectures and Kubernetes, and a track record of advisory relationships with technical and business stakeholders are required.
