Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication, support, and strategic account planning
Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and introducing customers to new solutions
Proactively seek out and close new business within your region
Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, marketing) to deliver solutions that exceed expectations
Become a subject matter expert in the recruitment tech space, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning their hiring goals with Talkpush’s capabilities
3+ years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a bias toward action
Comfortable working independently and within a global, fast-paced team
Detail-oriented and driven by results
